Mobile comics are comics that have
been created to be readable on mobile devices (smartphones and tablets).
By using big legible fonts, large images, and vertical panels,
creators can make their comics much easier to read on mobile screens.

What is my Account Balance?
Prior to purchasing or supporting, you must add funds to your account balance via a credit card or Paypal transaction. We require a minimum of $10 per transaction. This helps us vastly minimize transaction fees, allowing us to pass on more of your support dollars directly to creators!
How do support payments work?
Supporters can give a creator anything between $1 to $999 per month. The support amount you set will be deducted from your account balance each month, on the same day you originally began supporting the creator.
For example: On January 6th, you give $1 to a creator. On February 6th, another $1 will automatically be given to the creator.
How does Auto-Reload work?
Auto-reload ensures uninterrupted support for creators by automatically refilling your account balance whenever it reaches zero. By default, the last amount of credit you loaded will be auto-reloaded next time, but you can set a custom amount in your Account settings. Auto-reload is optional and may be turned off, but is highly encouraged.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept most major credit cards or Paypal. No other payment method is accepted at this time. Paypal charges will appear as Tapas Learning.
Is my credit card information safe?
Tapastic has chosen to use Stripe (http://stripe.com/) and PayPal (http://www.paypal.com) to power our payments. Both companies are highly reputable services that process billions of dollars a year for thousands of companies worldwide.
Which currencies are accepted?
We accept most currencies, though our support amounts and prices are shown in USD.
How do I edit my credit card information?
Payment details and information can be edited on your Account page once you have supported a creator.
Cancellation / Pausing / Resuming Support
If you no longer wish to support a creator on Tapastic, you can pause future payments at any time on your Account page. You'll keep any rewards you've earned as well as progress towards future Milestones, and you can resume support at any time. Pausing or resuming support is not currently available via our mobile website or apps.
Withdrawals / Refunds
You may withdraw any remaining amount in your account balance by emailing hello@tapastic.com. You can't withdraw FREE CREDITS given to you.

- We provide 100% refund for our Premium section. If you don't enjoy it, then we don't want you to pay for it. This is an honor code between the creators and the readers.
- Once you support a creator and your support amount is deducted from your account balance, you can not take it back. Hence, there are no refunds for credit already given to creators. You can only withdraw the amount remaining in your account balance.
